WatchFacts Certified Dealer Audit

Thank you for your interest in becoming a WatchFacts Certified Dealer!

It’s time to begin the initial audit process. We will be approving a 10-watch sample of your inventory. Once you have passed, you will be able to list your entire inventory on Amazon via the WatchFacts platform. For you to remain a WatchFacts Certified Dealer on an ongoing basis, we will perform similar audits quarterly.

The audit steps are as follows…

Step 3: Send Both the Watches and the Reports to WatchFacts for Inspection

Send the watches with an official courier, insured both ways. Please use a courier that uses a tracking number and send the tracking number to WatchFacts. WatchFacts is not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping. Include return shipping label inside the box. Please note, WatchFacts will not pay to ship or insure the watches back to the dealer, so be sure to include an insured return shipping label.

Step 4: Receive your results

The watch inspection duration will be between 5 and 7 business days. Watches are generally shipped back on Monday. Within the 5-7 business days, WatchFacts will communicate the results of the audit. If you pass, you will receive materials for producing official WatchFacts documents for your Amazon CPO sales. If you fail the audit, we will share specifics as to why you failed.

Step 5: Connect the WatchFacts Portal with your Amazon SellerCentral Account

Once you have been approved, you will need to enter your Amazon Seller ID and Access Token into the Amazon tab in the "Edit Profile" section of the WatchFacts portal. For information on how to acquire these credentials, please contact your representative at Amazon.

If you want to connect your back-end system to WatchFacts via API, please send us an email and we will send instructions on how to set up your API system.
