HOW TO LINK IMAGES TO THE CSV
The only way to add your images on to the portal through the CSV is to ad a url link. The URL link must be from images that are either stored on your own server (Permissions must be allowed) or though the use of cloud services like Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.
Adding Images From Dropbox Step 1:
First click on the image you want to use. On the next screen you will see a Share button on the top right. After clicking the Share button a pop-up will appear. Click the Copy Link button.
Adding Images From Dropbox Step 2:
Once you have copied the link, paste it on the your CSV in the corresponding field (main image, side image, etc.)
Adding Images From Dropbox Step 3:
Once you have pasted the link you'll notice that they will all end with "dl=0" at the end of the link. Replace the "dl=0" with "raw=1" and the link should look like the one below. You can either change them one at a time or you can perform a search and replace which will replace all of the "dl=0" with "raw=1".
Adding Images From OneDrive Step 1:
Find the image that you would like to add and right click on the image. Then click on "Embed".
Adding Images From OneDrive Step 2:
You'll notice a window open to the right. Click "Generate".
Adding Images From OneDrive Step 3:
Copy the link and paste it to your CSV file. There is no more editing required for OneDrive. I personally love and recommend OneDrive. Especially if you buy Microsoft Office 2016 it automatically comes with 1TB of storage space!
Adding Images From Google Drive Step 1:
Click on the image you wish to add then click the hamburger menu and click the Share button.
Adding Images From Google Drive Step 2:
Copy the link generated by Google Drive.
Adding Images From Google Drive Step 3:
Just like DropBox we must edit the link generated so it can work with the CSV. Luckily there is a generator that will help us do this. Go to the Direct Link Generator HERE . Then past your link. Finally copy the link that was generated and paste it in your CSV in the corresponding field. Thats it!
